Here’s the Cottage Cheese S’more Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the honey and ground cinnamon. This will be your “cottage cheese filling.”
- Break the graham crackers in half to make four squares. Place them on a microwave-safe plate.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over two of the graham cracker squares.
- Microwave the two graham cracker squares with chocolate chips and marshmallows for about 20 seconds or until the marshmallows start to puff up and melt. Be careful not to overcook, as marshmallows can quickly burn.
